Laura - if you are already following the advice on here (Doing a different letter for each school? Sending an Executive Summary every time?) and still not getting anywhere, the only suggestions that I can give is now to start spending money, I'm afriad.
Either come to the New Job Seminars on Sunday 26 June.
Or book an individual meeting with someone from the team by contacting Julia. advice@tsleducation.com
You do see that now, with you already following all the advice on here that has worked for other posters, there is nothing that we can do at a distance to help you.
I'm sorry about that, and sorry that you haven't yet sorted your inmduction year.
Good luck.

I do Application and Interview one-to-ones, and also contribute to the Job Application Workshops. We look at application letters, executive summaries and interviews, with practical exercises that people really appreciate.
New Job Seminars on Sunday 26 June.
Probably more in the early autumn ready for the next lot of job ads to come out. Keep an eye out for the dates!

A new Moving into Headship and SLT seminar is on 18 June.
