    Dear Theo,
I have been teaching in the same school for the last four years, since qualifying, and want to look for a new job for September. I have found one that sounds great but don't know the protocols - I want to visit it but work full time, am I allowed to have time to visit? Also, I am seriously worried because I know most jobs will come up after Easter but I will have to give notice by the half term and this year there are only four weeks between the two holidays, making me think that there wouldn't be time to find a job, interview and give notice. Am I right in this? Or is it a set date that I would have to give notice by if I was successful that is a bit later? I am under no illusions that finding a job will be easy but feel its time to look, just am so worried about dates, visits etc. Any advice would be gratefully received!
