Dear Theo - The Executive Summary Worked - now for the interview!

After including an executive summary for my NQT post, I also put one in my first TLR job application...

and ta daaaa I've been shortlisted :)

Now it's interview time, and the questions are going to be slightly different. I have to teach an activity for 10 mins - which I've sorted out. But I'm unsure the current type of questions that could be asked.

Its to lead years 5 and 6: staff, pupils, curriculum.

Do you have any idea what I could expect to be asked? And also, do you advise I take a portfolio of "things"?
    If so, what?

Thank you so much for your help in advance.

Well done for getting the interview! I know that the executive summary works . . .
Portfolio advice is on the Forum somewhere - do a search to see what people have taken.
My guess: You will be asked about supporting. Supporting colleagues, supporting pupils. About community - parents and school. About the new review of Primary curriculum as recommended by Cambridge Primary Review last year. Even possibly about being a Teaching School.
But mainly about support, I guess.
Read the Interview clickables inside the Welcome thread for general interview advice.
Looking forward to that new thread: Dear Theo - I've got that job!
    Good luck!

Krama - the best way(s) to discover about executive summary are:
    (a) Read the Shortlisting clickables inside the Welcome thread
    (b) Come to the Job Applications seminar - the next one is on Friday 25th January, morning or afternoon. We spend over an hour looking in detail at how to do the executive summary, and with low numbers (fewer people than in your classes at school, I bet!), there is time for individuals to ask questions and get comments as they work through the exercises.
