    Well Theo might be kind and award you your star here, but the usual tradition is to start <u>a brand new thread</u> entitled 'Dear Theo I've got a job! to encourage others, so here's a little celebration for now [​IMG] and if you want somthing bigger, go post that new thread.

    Oh well done - you have done exceedingly well!
    Yes, I know that this is helpful in showing off your skills. I do like it when I am proved right, that this is the way to do it!
    Now I'd like you to start a new thread called Dear Theo _ I got that job! as is our tradition on here.
    This makes it clear to other posters that you've had a success, so it gives them hope.

    I do Application and Interview one-to-ones, and also contribute to the Job Application Seminars. We look at application letters, executive summaries and interviews, with practical exercises that people really appreciate.
    I shall be doing the Moving into Headship or SLT seminar on Saturday 17th March.
