    Being deliberately vague as this is a public forum.
    The object gives you something concrete to talk about & will give an indication of your personality to the panel.
    Ideas for something suitable; must be something which reflects YOU, something about which you can find something interesting to say.

    Well done for getting that interview!
    They will judge you on what you take, so start by thinking what sort of impression you want to give to them. Then choose an object that illustrates this, or that you can use as a peg on which to hang a story that illustrates your point.
