    Hi Theo,

Just wondering if I could have a bit of advice. I am currently in a school but applying for a new job and not quite sure who to put as my second reference. I have been in the school for 2 years and prior to that did supply work. Should I put 2 references from the school (e.g. the head and the Foundation Stage co-ordinator) or hark back to my supply days and put the agency, but it seems a bit long ago?

Thanks for the advice, it's the first time I've applied for a new job since being employed so I wasn'r sure!

If it's the first job application ina long, long time, you need to have a refresher course in it!
