    How difficult for you.
You can write Personal reasons, but be prepared for them to explore this a little at interview, because clearly they will wonder.
It might be a good idea to bring this all out in the open by mentioning it as positively as possible in your application letter. First have a paragraph saying how successful your supply work has been. See here for ideas - i know that you supply teachers never rate yourselves highly enough!
Dear Theo- work history too bitty and too much supply- help!
Then say something along the lines of: I still have two terms of NQT induction to complete, having left X School half-way through my second term as I was not at that point on track to complete the term's targets. My subsequent successful career in the different schools where I have been teaching has shown that I am capable of effective teaching and supporting puopils to learning and progress in my subject.
    Best wishes

I do Application and Interview one-to-ones, and also contribute to the Job Application Seminars. We look at application letters, executive summaries and interviews, with practical exercises that people really appreciate.
I shall be doing the Moving into Headship or SLT seminar on Saturday 17th March.
