    Well, Brendy/Brendan, two tips.
    1. General advice for applications and interviews (and you need to follow it!) is in the clickables inside the Welcome thread.
    Read and Obey.
    2. Specifically for applying for any job as an internal candidate: don't be complacent (you don't sound it!), but don't assume either that they know just what you do. Write your application and do your interview as though it were to another school who doesn't know anything at all about you.
    The major failing of internals is under-selling on the grounds They know everything about me. So spell it out, all of it.
