    Well done on getting that interview! Great news.
    Now, I am sure that you can think this through yourself. They have given you what they want to know - and you have already identified areas where you have participated in the pupil's progress.
    I would start by saying how you identified this pupil's level and needs, then what you did to ensure progress.
    I would also be ready to say what you did next, after that work, to consolidate the attainment and then move forward again.
