Dear Theo (or anyone else): NQT Extension???

Discussion in 'Jobseekers' started by Lilybett, Jul 22, 2011.

  1. I qualified in December 2010 and have just accepted a 1-year LSA post, so I'll be resuming the search for a teaching post for September 2012. I've just been told that I'll need to apply for an NQT extension? Should I do this now or wait until I'm coming to the end of the LSA contract? And how do I go about applying for this? MANY thanks x

Well done on getting that job - I bet you enjoy it!
Sorry to say that I am no expert on NQT stuff. In fact I know precious little.
However, try my friend James over on the NQT Forum - he is the Man Who Knows!
    Good luck for September.

  3. There had to be SOMETHING you didn't know or else you would eventually have been hoisted up onto the shoulders of jobseekers and declared King (Hugh Grant as yr deputy). Cheers, Theo xx
