Dear Theo - jobshare question

Discussion in 'Jobseekers' started by theloglady, Apr 14, 2011.

  1. Dear Theo,

An application form (teaching) has a question I don't fully understand. The question is:
If this post is open to jobshare, do you wish to apply for this post in a jobshare capacity?
The post was not advertised as jobshare, but if there was potential for jobshare, I would consider it.
I don't understand their wording and don't want to give the wrong impression.
    Any ideas?

You could just put: I would prefer full time, but am open to the possibility of jobshare with a minimum share of XX%.
So if you couldn´t live on 50%, but could on 75%, you can say so.
    Best of luck!
