Dear Theo - Interview for foundation stage

    Obviously it's better if you can do it in the KS you are hoping to work in.
    But let's be honest here - jobs are few and far between, especially in Primary.
    If the choice was EYFS or JobSeekers Allowance - which woulfd you choose?
    There are too many people who finished their PGCE 18 months ago who are still looking for jobs to START their induction year for you to be too fussy, in my view.
