And I'm feeling extremely grateful to the school, to Theo and TES , to my Mum (who's a teacher and who gave me a lot of good advice), to my wife, and to myself.
You might remember, Theo, that I wrote to you a few months ago (before I changed my username) to ask for your advice. I said I was an experienced NQT, in China, coming back to Britain to look for work on the first of July. I'd like to thank you for your advice, and for the resources on TES, including your list of common interview questions and your advice on using Executive Summaries.
I came back, applying like crazy. I got the first interview and failed it, and the second interview and failed it, and the third interview - and got the job!
It seems like quite a neighbourhood with a certain amount of challenges, but with a wonderful warm, professional staff. I'm feeling very excited about it.
    Thanks again!

    You're a star, a twinkly star!
    Super, super, super!
The first thing to do is to read this thread:
Got a Job Offer? What to do now . . .
and then bump it for other people to see.
Coming back for early July was a very good move - look where it's got you!_____________________________________________________________
