Dear Theo - I got THE job!

Discussion in 'Jobseekers' started by iheartpbandj, Jun 20, 2011.

  1. Hi Theo,
Not sure if you'll remember me, I was the Scottish girl at the 'get that job' seminar last month (14th May). I had been contemplating applying to jobs in England, but fortunately there is no need to as I have been successful in securing a permanent post at my dream school not too far from home.
Thanks for all your advice, it really did help.

    Yes! I remember!
I really enjoy those seminars, and although my aging old brain ( *scratches that bald head* ) is often not too good with names, I do remember faces and facts about people.
Funnily enough, I actually met a past seminar-goer in Central London last week - she saw me and came to say she had just got a job too! (So was buying an outfit for a celebratory night out with her friends).
I am really, really pleased about your success, and hereby say officially:

    You're a star, a twinkly star!

    Super, super, super!
