Just wanted to say a big thank you to Theo for all the advice. I have been lacking in confidence after having it beaten out of me and your help has been invaluable.

It is only for the Summer Term, but with potential for permanent without them having to pay me for the summer hols....However gives me a get out if it turns out as bad as the last place....

And I expect that other posters will want to congratulate you too, as you give them hope for their own job seeking.

You've really done yourself proud with that job offer, so you get a star!

Now go and read the advice for the next stage:

Got a job offer? What to do next!

And if you have even more time, read this one too:

    Get yourself organised!
