D'oh - nearly did that control alt delete thing, so wrote some more, and it disappeared. Anyway,
    I do search before I ask a question - I don't just randomly ask questions[IMG]!
The person asking wasn't doing an ES. Should I put what CPD course I've been on my bullet points?
I want to say I am commited to furthering my own professional development by writing applications in order to get a permanent teaching job[IMG] (Not really!)
    2. Ambitions for future experience.
Of course I have. My ambition is to get a permanent teaching job[IMG] - Again I wouldn't really say this!
Have looked for this too, but can't find anything. Does it mean after teaching what will are your ambitions leadership wise, pastoral etc?
I think I have to stop writing now, as this post has almost come out in Greek letters[IMG], very pretty, but not very helpful with my applications, posts, etc!!
    Sorry for my ramblings [IMG]!
