Dear Theo: employment history - early release

Discussion in 'Jobseekers' started by jennah, May 24, 2011.

  1. I had early release from my last job, and have worked as supply since. Although I was 'employed' to the end of term as I was paid as if I'd worked out my notice, it is going to come up in interview, especially as I am an NQT, and have only completed one term - it looks like I've done two from the dates. What is the best way of tackling this in an interview?
