    Hi again,
I'm filling in more applications, just a couple of questions
The application form I am currently completing asks:
    Please
provide a written statement, no longer
than 2 sides of A4 sheet enclosed with this form,

Q2 Should I include the information on a completly separate piece of paper or could I just type it in- the form allows me to type in 2 sides of staement without much distortion.
Q3 The very last page after the references invites me to submit addiitonal informatio - do I simply attach a loose sheet which contains my executive summary or should I type it in.
    Once again huge thanks

Q1 No, typed is what they mean. Statements can be written or oral, you see.
Q2 Yes, put your statement here where they ask for it.
Q3 If you can type your summary into the end of the form, then please do so.
    Best wishes
