I have an application for a headship that asks of knowledge in ''the role of headteacher and a strategic view of what makes a successful school'' It's huge!!! how can I possibly summarise this into a statement?

Also I am trying to do an executive summary and there are 22 points I can'rt possibly do it on 1 page of A4 like you suggest.
    Some advice please

Q1 You must approach this as the first task as a Head. You are clearly meant to prioritise here, and show them the essentials. What would you dump? What would you fight to retain? Go on from there!
Q2 This is really a very common question, so a tip for next time is to do a search before asking, as you might get the answer without having to hang around waiting for me to finally get here.
You prioritise. You combine similar things. You reduce their points, summarise them, before starting the exec summary. If you look at the example in the Shortlisting clickable, it didn´t start out as just 3 or 4 words in the LH column.
    Best of luck with this!
