Dear Theo and others- Explaining a year out

    Yes put the Year Out Job down with dates. Then briefly mention it in your letter. If there is anything unusual the panel will always assume the worse if you don.t explain. Nut brief. e.g. Following my BEd course , durimg which for financial reasons I worked one year FT in Tesco, I have gained considerable experience teacging Yrs 4 to 6. Something like that which explains but doen.t make a meal out of it. Good luck.
