Dear Theo (and everyone else)

  1. I had an interview on Friday for a permanent post at the school I have a 1 year maternity contract in, didnt get it as teh HeadTeacher said I was too clinical- to this day I have no clue what the means and the staff in the Department arent even sure why I didnt get it.
    When applying for other jobs, I dont want the interview to negatively affect my future applications, as you have to put your current Head down as a reference!
    I am so worried that I wont be able to find a job!

    As to any feedback you have to take it with a huge pinch of salt, it's often something to say.
    If however you feel you may have been a bit abrupt at the interview take it on board for your next one.
