Dear Theo and co...job in an indy school

Discussion in 'Independent' started by hadron, Feb 5, 2012.

  1. Do some research on the school & determine how your profile / experience / background fits the school. Having been on supply is not a problem if you can get a good reference.
Results are important to an independent school as is having a professional relationship with parents, knowing your subject thoroughly, being able to work hard and encourage extra curricular activities either in your subject or in another area. If you can demonstrate all these on your CV & in interview you should be fine.
