    Q1 No. It is a mistaken belief that you cannot show photos of children for child protection or data protection reasons.
    Q2 This is annoying for you! I cannot see any problem with the alternative that you suggest - and it's better to have a willing referee than a reluctant one!
    Q3 I really cannot say - it will depend on the agency
    Q4 - ditto! Each school will have a different approach. You just need to sya in your letter that you couldn't attend the visit, due to professional commitments. Try ringing to see of the Head will speak to you and answer any questions that you may have.
