I have been an NQT searching for a Maths secondary teaching position since January without success. I have been told that my CV/application forms reads well I am well qualified.
I think it is because I have left my past 2 employers due to maternity ( due to financial reasons it was not worth me returning to work as childcare are was more expensive than my non teaching salary.
I had twin boys 4 years ago I will be 46 years of age and no way will I have any more children. I tend to think employers will see me as 'flight risk' -every time she has children she leaves work. This is now not the case and I have sorted out all my childcare issues.
    I need your advice.
    Many thanks
