Hello Joe, not sure if this is the place to ask, but looking for a relatively cheap/free set of resources for Italian, similar in content to those offered at ks2 for French, German and Spanish. Or a cheap course suitable for a ks2 child. English as native language, no previous experience of the language.
    Many thanks

    Hi gilly33,
I've just put your question on Twitter hoping for some good examples. I was running some training in Australia recently and met many Italian teachers, 350 of which were at the Victoria Association for Teachers of Italian Congress in April where I gave a keynote. I'll post the results here :)
    Best wishes

  5. Hi Gilly. Give Language Angel a try www.stepuptolanguages.com/languageangel. There are free Italian resources based on the Olympics as well as a whole range of other Italian teaching units and resources too. Everything is provided (PowerPoints, interactive games, lesson plans, support notes and differentiated worksheets). I hope you enjoy them.

Thank you all so much for your suggestions. My daughter sings opera and is struggling with the pronounciation of words. I'm sure she will be very greatful.
