    If you visit the gttr website and some university websitessites they usually give an overview of the process. it could involve group work, presentations and you may not get an individual interview as this is becoming increasingly rare.The TDa booklet getting into teaching is also useful that is on their website.
    Fundamentally they are assessing your communication , presentation and overall knowledge to establish whether you would make a good teacher.
    Reading the press about current educational developments is always good advice.
