  1. I have been observed once as an NQT and will be observed again soon. When I was first observed I was told my lesson was good but my mentor hasn't actually wrote a grade on it. When I asked she said it doesn't need the grade. Is this the case or should I have a grade on each ob?

I've not graded any lessons observed for my NQT or students. I have no real criteria to do so, though might start with the ofsted bits next term as my NQT has met all the standards.

I just indicate which standards have been met in the lesson.
