Dear James ... Experience in KS3 for Primary PGCE

  1. I should say concentrate on transition, esp how the school supports lower-achieving pupils in Y7 and 8. Plus teaching and learning in your specialist subject - it will be interesting to see how a secondary school builds on achievement in primary, and here shadowing a techer will be a good idea.
