Our very successful and popular comprehensive school needs a new Community Governor. Anarticle went in the local paper and we have had six expressions of interest (some with CVs attached). They are all most impressive, and we cannot believe how fortunate we are.They all seem to fit most of the criteria mentioned in the current NGA magzine on a skills audit. However after a meeting last night we realised that we need guidance on where to go from here. Do we conduct "interviews" or is there another method that you would recommend please?.
