  1. Hows everyones data this year? I am putting the final touches to mine, higher in areas that were low last year. I seem to have a very knowledgeable and inquisitive cohort, who throughly enjoy the new outdoor area.
  2. I've personally given up comparing my data year on year - I find that individual differences between cohorts impact more on my scores than my teaching approaches or provision. I have tried for years to improve 'low' scoring areas year one year, only to find that the following years cohort are so different that you need a completely different approach anyway. This year my class are 3/4 boys which has had a far bigger impact on my scores than anything that I have / haven't done or provided!
