D&T Interview Thursday!

  1. If I was observing your interview lesson I'd be looking for clear objectives, a good pace to the lesson... maybe 2 or 3 achievable tasks (which could include starter / plenary). Some differentiation, good engagement with the students, and sound classroom management... as well as the lesson content of course!

  2. Agree with above feedback to your lesson - and I would also want to see progression - what do they now know/understand that they didn't know before, also some AFL & ensure that I see some group/pair work. Ensure you have all your resources & back-ups & extension work.
    As a HOD it would not bother me that you had asked on here, but I would be concerned if you had completely copied a suggestion & not made it your own in some way
