    Have a search on Teachers TV - there is a useful video where a consultant supports various colleagues to make meetings more effective.

    You're very welcome - hope it's useful. Could I ask if you are doing a MEd or something with the NCSL and for how long?
    Just interested on what kind of CPD towards leadership level is available and of value.
