Hi, First time posting on here and I was wondering if anyone could help me. I've been covering as R.W.I/phonics manager whilst the previous manager is on maternity leave. This involves assessment, planning, daily and termly monitoring and overseeing of the teaching of phonics in key stage 1 and those who are needing intervention higher up. My question was; Should I get extra pay for this? My friend recently asked me and I had never thought about it. Any advice would be great thanks.
