  1. How many courses per year (one day , half day, twilight) is it reasonable to ask teachers to attend? I work in a small school and it seems like we are being asked to attend a lot of courses just because there are fewer members of staff.
  2. As many as they need to attend in order to develop? Welcome to life in a small school..... Although I'd count yourself lucky that your LEA and school budgets allow for you to attend courses - I haven't had a request for a course accepted in either this or the last academic year due to budget restrictions.
