I sent an email to my union rep yesterday at about 4.30, the rep hasnt yet replied, how long does it usually take for a reply?
  2. It can be a few days, but normally within 2-48 hours, unless he is off sick, or ob holiday or something. good luck x
  3. I would guess outside of office hours it would be Monday unless your rep checks their emails over the weekend.
Not sure there would be any hard and fast rules on response times.
    Is it urgent?

for me it's urgent. I would have thought they would have had one of those automated responses if they dont check their email.
Hopefully i will get on monday.
  5. If it really is that urgent (not knowing what it is), why didn't you ring the local rep?

I did ring, but she didnt answer her phone. Thats why I sent an email.
