Consecutive one-year contracts

Discussion in 'Pay and conditions' started by frankswildyears, Apr 5, 2011.

  1. So basically they can keep on offering me one-year deals but if they should decide to let me go any time after completing the second one-year term they would have to pay me a redundancy payment if they were keeping my role and advertising for a replacement, right?

I believe that they couldn't simply replace you if this happened - they could make the role redundant, and pay you redundancy, but not just get rid and replace you.
