    That's the one I was thinking of!
    It was great fun... building a luxury hotel above ground to disguise all your secret underground bunkers...capturing the pesky spies who came to arrest you...and carrying out fiendish plots to finance the whole operation....I loved it!

    Well there are other Simulation games like the Tropico series (run your own banana republic) and Sim City (I still prefer 3000 over the later ones) or if you can run something a little more up to date, the likes of Anno 2070 (although it does have older, classically set, predecessors).
    Or there's games such as From Dust and Spore (though I must admit I got bored of spore once your stop evolving your species).
    (And Theme Hospital was awesome :D )
