Compromise Agreement

    As a Chair of Governors I know of several cases where the answer was precisely nothing! Staff members who asked for a CA were politely told what they could do with their request. Your question is impossible to answer without knowing more information. What is the legal basis of your claim against the school? (eg Discrimination, Constructive Dismissal etc?). How strong do your advisors think your case is?

  3. As far as I udnerstand it, they have an employment contract end date within the agreement. Thus you are employed until the xth of month 2011. Until this point, assuming you are either at work or off work with valid sick notes, the pay will be as usual for your circumstances, thus if on half pay will continue to receive half pay, likewise full pay.
