    Make yourself visible on a regular basis. Oh, and get your moderators to explain themselves if they moderate people...even if it's only in a Private Message to them.
     
  3. Hi Captain Obvious. I know it can be irritating when you don't get a reply, however due to a high number of reports we can't really respond to each individual user. You might find our moderation guidelines and terms and conditions useful though.
