  1. Just wondering if anyone out there has a classroom observations policy? I would love a copy if possible! Feel free to remove the identity of the school- I'd just lovesome assistance [IMG]

    Thank you in advance!
PS- On average, how many times a year do you or your staff receive an observation? Including peer, performance man and subject monitoring?

  2. Hi

I am looking at Peer Observation as part of my Masters, but I can not find a school policy that covers teachers observing teachers as part of a non judgemental process as part of CPD.

Any help will be gratefully received.

  3. we generally have one observation a term for curriculum monitoring, but one of these may be by the head or deputy as part of performance management. Certainly never more than 4 in a year.
