Ooops! Don't know what happened there! Here goes again - I found a note a friend sent to me years ago recommending the Thurston book. I didn't realise it had been written so long ago (1911-ish) and I'm not sure if I want to buy it. Anyone recommend it as a good read and worth the price? (Amazon do not have it new and the cheapest used is more than £10)
    Thanks in advance.
