Discussion in 'Primary' started by kat298, May 18, 2011.

  1. Hi there,
I have an interview next week and have been asked to prepare a 30 minute lesson around the theme of friendship for circle time with a group of 8 reception children.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
    thank you x x

  3. What ideas do you have?

  4. well... i thought about maybe starting with a song related to friendship and introducing each other to the circle. talking about what makes a good friend - how do you feel when you fall out with a friend.
didn't know whether to keep them on the carpet for the whole session or if this is too long for reception aged children and whether i should get them to do an activity. I will have between 7-8 pupils.
    any ideas welcome! x x
