Hoping to pick someone's more experienced brains! Is it better to enter my D/E target grade students for the core rather than the extended paper? I know the core paper is more accessible but the quirks of the exam system sometimes means that a poorer effort in a higher paper gets a better grade than the equivalent in the core. Thanks in advance!

I would definitely do Core because the questions contain more support so you're more likely to get relevant/developed responses from the students.

I agree- it's 'easier' to get a c grade on core as the questions are more scaffolded.
At the end of the day a c grade is a c grade!
    :)
