I ordered a double pack of choccies from Amazon and when they arrived yesterday, one had a 'bloom' from being too warm, and the other was melted totally. I phoned them and they sent a replacement pack with no need to return the originals.
The replacements arrived today, and they too had a bloom. It must have been a batch that got overheated. Amazon have refunded instantly, with no need to return these either.
I phoned the manufacturer to check that the chocs are edible and they say they are perfectly safe to eat.
I now have 4 boxes of chocs
    Any ideas?
