I've got some chicken thighs to cook tonight. Normally I just cook them plain (love the crispy skin) but I feel like doing something different. Any ideas for a good coating or glaze or sauce I could make up. Ingredients to play with are - soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, honey, marmalade, herbs, chilli, paprika, various other spices, chopped tomatoes, onion. I'm probably after a glaze rather than a sauce but feel free to tempt me. The ingredients list is not exhaustive but more to give you an idea of the type of store cupboard I have. The only thing that can't be used is garlic - husband reacts badly to it so I can only treat myself when he is not around.
