    Dear all,

I am wondering if anyone has used a check-list in their school for teachers to use before referring incidents on?

eg I have contacted home, I have changed my seating plan, I have tried differentiated material

Did it work? Could I have a look at any that people use?

  2. The new system in our school is that there're certain behaviours we refer on (straight away with a form to send). These include Verbal and Physical Aggression and Deliberate Disobedience leading to either a health and safety issue or walking out of class. I am trying to get constant disruption of learning and teaching added to this form as at the moment I have to wait for someone to be hurt or the child to climb on a table or run out of the room before I can ask for help.
