I work with a few international schools where the teachers are all from Asia but the schools are providing a U.K. Curriculum with no U.K./EYFS trained staff. I am wanting to introduce the EYFS methodology into our schools , where a lot of the teachers are enthusiastic to change but are used to very formal teaching methods. I want to gradually develop more child-initiated , independent learning and wondered if anyone had any ideas or could suggest any resources/websites that might support a gradual transition or if anyone has undergone this challenge before? Any ideas gratefully received.
