CCR Docked for Attending Hospital

Can my HT dock half an hour from my CCR because I have had to take a day out to attend a full day hospital appointment? I was quite shocked when I was told I did not qualify for my full CCR entitlement because of this.

I have searched the SNCT Agreements without success.

Any knowledge on this would be appreciated.

Any HT who would do this is a very bad manager. If that gets around the staff room all good will from staff goes out the window. Hospital visits qualify as reasonable time off. Teachers don't have the luxury of toil time or the flexibility. Your HT should be challenged on this. Contact your Union.
