career advice! What or where should i go next?

    3 years isn't too long to be in one class. I wouldn't say it was career suicide.
    If you're keen to develop your career why not take on a whole school project? Because you're in a familiar year group, now would be an ideal time to do this.

    How about leading a transition from FS to KS 1 project, or developing Continuous Provision throughout KS1, you could look at role play throughout the school as axmeans of developing speaking and listening. The possibilities are endless really....
