Can you 'like' this to help my friend please?

  1. A bit off-topic this one. Nothing at all to do with teaching but I'm hoping people won't mind me posting this as it's for such a good cause...

An old school friend of mine, Vicky Willan, is currently mid way through an amazing challenge - she is running a staggering 42 marathons in 49 days (from the top of Scotland to the bottom of England) to raise awareness of the benefits of good nutrition & physical activity on mental health. (I guess, as teachers, this is something that could affect us all at some stage!!!)

Anyway, last night she dropped in and stayed at our house and I promised her I would help her get some publicity. She already has a website but to help her get as much coverage as possible we set her up a Facebook fan page and we are trying to get as many people as possible to 'Like' it before she arrives at the hospital where she works in Dorset in about three weeks.

To help Vicky please visit her website here: http://www.gbtop2bottomchallenge.com and click on the FACEBOOK 'Like' button.

You can follow her journey (she provides updates every couple of hours) and see photos of the people she meets along the way.

    Thank you so much,
